Horizontal Automatic Glass Seaming Machine

Horizontal automatic glass seaming machine with automatic detection of thickness, speed, width and length, air pressure and other process parameters, different size and thickness of glass can be directly edged. There is no need to adjust the opening and closing like glass double edger machine. 

The depth of the glass grinding can be adjusted by current seaming process parameters. It is not necessary to adjust the height of the grinding wheel and the angle of the chamfer according to the thickness of the glass. 

The speed of glass seaming is fast. As per actual production testing, 6 pieces of glass edging of 1000x1000mm can be processed in on minute. Glass seaming tasks from 240 square meters to 360 square meters can be easily completed in one hour.

Horizontal automatic glass seaming machine can be connected with automatic loading and unloading table, washing machine and other processing equipment ot form a fully automatic production line unit of rinsulating glass processing to realize automatic production and greatly reduce labor costs and efficiency. 

Four sets of seaming heads, each set of seaming heads is equipped with 7 grinding wheels for hemline edge grinding, and 4 grinding wheels for upper and bottom edge arris. Special seaming head design to achieve excellent glass rough grinding effect.
